Cookie policy

Browser storage should be clear and purposeful.

This policy explains how Agentic Design School uses cookies, localStorage, logs, and related technologies on its own pages and through providers that operate connected services.

Cookies are small text files. Similar technologies include localStorage, temporary authentication state, pixels, and server logs. The details below distinguish what the current site stores from what a third-party service may use when you choose that service.

On your device

Course progress and preferences

The current site uses your browser's localStorage to remember course progress and module view preference. This information remains on your device and is not sent to us. Clearing site data removes it, and blocking localStorage may prevent these preferences from being remembered.

Conditional

Essential, security, and sign-in storage

Essential cookies or short-lived storage may be used when a feature requires them for security, session continuity, fraud prevention, or form protection. If account features are available and you choose Google or GitHub sign-in, the OAuth process may use temporary state, session, or security cookies to complete and protect that sign-in. Disabling these controls may stop the relevant feature from working.

Third-party

Payments and billing

Stripe hosts and secures payment, checkout, and customer-portal pages. When you use those pages, Stripe may set cookies or use similar storage for payment processing, authentication, fraud prevention, and security under Stripe's own policies and controls. We do not control Stripe-managed storage.

Third-party

Newsletter forms

Newsletter forms are processed by Buttondown. When you submit a form or interact with newsletter services, Buttondown may receive technical identifiers or use cookies and similar tools under its own policy. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter.

Operations

Hosting and security logs

Our hosting, infrastructure, and security providers may record request logs, IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, error data, and security events. Logs are not necessarily cookies, but they are related technical data used to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

Not enabled by default

Analytics and advertising

We do not currently intentionally deploy advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers. If aggregate analytics are enabled, we will use them to understand site performance and content usefulness, and will keep collection proportionate. We will update this policy and obtain consent before enabling non-essential cookies or tracking where applicable law requires it.

Your browser controls can show, block, or delete cookies and site data. Browser help pages explain how to manage those settings and, where supported, limit third-party cookies. Blocking essential or security storage can prevent sign-in, checkout, customer-portal, forms, or saved preferences from working correctly.

Connected providers also offer their own privacy and account controls. Use the relevant provider's controls for storage placed on a Stripe, Buttondown, Google, or GitHub page.

We may update this policy when site features or providers change. The version and effective date will be updated here. Before introducing future non-essential cookies or tracking, we will provide notice and request consent where required.
